What is Job Matching?
Job Matching is a process whereby a prospective person’s skills and attributes are used to develop employment. An evaluation is conducted of the person’s skills and then those skills marketed to prospective employers.
In Job Matching there may or may not be a current vacancy in a company. In a case where there is not a current vacancy, an attempt will be made to develop one.
We provide staffing and recruitment services for many organizations. You are
