Our fees are charged only when you hire a candidate that we refer to you; if you do not hire one of our candidates then there is no cost associated with our service.

This includes resume screening, telephone interviews and evaluations, face-to-face meetings, past employer and reference checks. We seek to create long-term employment matches that fit both the employer and the employee. We will submit to you only the most qualified candidates.

At JobMatcher.ca we guarantee our service! When you hire one of our candidates we give you our 90 day Guarantee. Our 90 day Guarantee takes effect on the first day of employment and continues for 90 calendar days. In the event that a candidate is not suitable or is unable to perform their duties then we will replace that candidate, at no extra cost to you, with another candidate of your choice. In the event that no suitable candidate can be found then a pro-rated refund will be given.
